Appropriate approaches may mean different trade differences. A part of the long-term plan is to know where the problem is and what kind of business philosophy is best suited for which industry. So it is very important for leaders to have a powerful peer group and mentor. Those who have experienced external perspectives or similar mistakes so far can create a difference between fight and successor.
In other words, you must protect your ears to those who are most interested in you. A good mentor can encourage you when you need it. You can scold you, if necessary. Also, I will advise on various topics without trying to run my own business. And if someone else’s older can give good advice, it’s not the only voice you are looking for: others and other people doing the same level of activity with you, eg how do you behave Or, new technologies and methods spend precious time.

3. Shape the life you want

4. Really listen to your customers
Please listen to it and get involved with the customer.
